The picturesque village of Cassinetta Di Lugagnano is 15 km from Milan along the Naviglio Grande River and 20 minutes drive to Malpensa International airport.
It’s rich in history characterized by numerous ancient villas that overlooking the embankment. 
The grounds are situated in the heart of the village, consisting of two independent homes, surrounded by 3,200m² private park grounds. The houses were originally stables and barns refurbished and transformed into comfortable homes
crafted with all comforts and modern state of the art technology blending in with the specific aim of preserve it’s historic features. The wooden ceilings and structure of the roof trusses were retained to their original state, and also the brick walls with their typical splays. Particular attention was given to the solution of the problem of humidity through the creation of crawl spaces and chemical cutting of masonry, with excellent results. The main house and the barn share a courtyard entrance from Via Diaz 11. The courtyard has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, working space and an open wall roof. The park is fully enclosed by 2.5m high walls and has two entrances that preserve the historical ancient decorations with original gates at each end of a central avenue surrounded by lime trees. Planted along the edges are Hornbeam hedges and rows of Lombardy Poplars. The grounds contain several fruit trees such as cherry, plum, walnut, fig, a grape vine pergola and strawberries. A large pool is located in axis with the main house in the middle of the park and measures 15x7m.
Main House 368m²:
The main house underwent a complete restructuring in 1994-1995. On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room, entrance, bathroom, living room and sitting room. On the first floor master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, study, three double bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, balcony. 3.5m high ceilings and 2.7m on the first floor.
